The technician we worked with recently, (Ben) was professional, friendly, and respectful of the property. He explained everything we wanted to know in detail. He gave us options to choose from and an itemized list of things we could do to improve our plumbing. We will definitely be working with this company again."

I had an appointment set up with them, then on the day of the appointment they had several challenges arise that would have required the appointment to be postponed. But, they went above and beyond all expectations and were still able to get me taken care of that day. It's getting pretty hard to find that good of customer service. Also, I had called a couple of other places first and was given a ball park of a month away for an appointment. Express was able to schedule me in, in less then a week.
