Adult Learning Center

The Adult Learning Center, located at 410 Main Street in Lewiston, Idaho, is a school that offers quality instruction in reading, writing, math, and English language to help adults transition into college or prepare for the GED tests. The institution, part of LC State, emphasizes hands-on learning, small class sizes, faculty excellence, and student-faculty interaction to ensure success after graduation.

The Adult Learning Center serves adults 16 years and older who are not currently enrolled in high school, as well as those who have graduated and wish to improve their skills for college or the workforce. Services are available in Grangeville, Moscow, and Orofino in addition to the main location in Lewiston.

Each student receives a personalized educational plan based on their unique needs, with structured classes offered at various levels of reading, writing, and math. Online instruction is also available for students who prefer that format. New students attend an orientation session to learn about program expectations and complete assessments to determine their starting point in the program.
