"I got a referral from ABC Plumbing to call Master to pump and clean out a lift station in my backyard. Anthony notified me that he was on his way and showed up shortly after. We reviewed. the cost for the pump and clean out and then he got to work. The lift station isn't very large so the process went smoothly and quickly. In the end, Anthony ending up charging me an hourly rate and gallons pumped instead of the flat rate, because it saved me a little money! My station isn't as large as what they normally take care of, so it was very considerate of him/the company to acknowledge that and adjust the price accordingly without me even having to ask. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and was efficient. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone in need of their services!"
