"I want to start of by saying our initial experience was great. They showed up on time, gave a fair price, and finished on schedule. However, we were told the finish on the floor would last at least 10 years. At the 3 year mark the finish has already worn through in several areas of the house. Dan came out to inspect the floors, took pictures, and confirmed the finish failure was definitely premature. He also assured us that he would take care of it. Now we are going on 6 months later and nothing has happened, he won't return calls or emails. Sound like if everything goes well it's great - but you better hope you don't have a problem because they don't seem to have any follow through and use ignoring as a tactic in hopes you just go away."
