"Like many other reviews on Google, I dropped my Hamilton watch off on July 22, 2022 to have the quartz movement replaced. I even gave the exact type of movement needed for the repair. I picked my watch up two weeks ago and not one thing had been done to repair it. I tried calling 4 times in two weeks and left voicemails and never got a response. When I picked my watch up, I was told that they’d be hiring a watch repair expert soon. Why didn’t they say something from the start or return a voicemail? I would look elsewhere, especially for watch repairs."

"I dropped off 4 watches in Sept.2020. One watch simply needed the battery replaced, one needed the stem switched out (I provided the replacement) and the other were non-functioning automatics that needed diagnosis and repair. When I dropped them off, the watchmaker wasn't there and I discussed the repairs with the clock repair guy. I was told it would likely be 3-4 months to complete everything and I would be contacted with estimates. After stopping back by the shop 4 times, leaving several phone messages and attempting to contact them through their website, I picked all 4 watches up last week (one week shy of 6 months). No work had been done and I never did meet or speak with the watchmaker. During the 2 visits to the shop prior to picking up the watches, the clock repair guy was very apologetic and took all 4 watches out of the storage case and physically placed them on the watchmaker's bench stating "I'll have him look at them and call you." I realize this is a one man operation and that it's a precise and time consuming specialty, but the lack of customer service was astounding. A simple call or email stating "I'm really backed up or I won't be able to get to them until x, would you like to pick them up?" would have been nice. Wouldn't recommend."
