"Our furnace went out on Saturday and this was the only company who responded. We were lucky they were available. This company and their employees are extremely thorough and do their work right. Mind you my old system was made in the 60's. They arrived and started work at 9 and were still here at 8 working on our system. They had run into a problem and rather than calling it a day they called 2 other installers and the service technician who all immediately came out. Unfortunately we did have to wait till the next day but by no fault of them. They got the system up and running the next day after doing some more pondering on it. My husband and I are very grateful to have been blessed with these people. Highly recommend them for work you may have. We are totally satisfied"

"My Tech arrived on time and went straight to work, He was pleasant and kept me informed as to what he was working on and why. I felt he was quite efficient and thorough. He was knowledgeable about my heating and air conditioning system, even though it is a senior aged system. He told me about some upgrade alternatives and that that project could be quite expensive for the savings benefits. He also checked to see if my hot water tank was full of sediments. He accomplished a lot of service in about an hour. Robert took pictures of the parts that needed changing, explained everything and answered all our questions. I booked my diagnostic while at Home Depot and Right Now called me before I was even able to leave the store! They worked with me on a time to get scheduled and less than 24 hours later my heat was back up and running! My family truly appreciates Robert and Right Now for their professionalism and efficiency."
