"My biggest regret. I called them to get my a/c working. They charged me $684 for a capacitor condenser that costs under $100. I had two other reputable vendors come out. They both said they would have saved me over $400 from what they charged. Their prices are outlandish, service is poor and all they want to do is sell you a new system. Even the parts they use are inferior. Save yourself a lot of money and don't use them."

"Right Now Heating and Air replaced our furnace when it went out this winter just a few days before Christmas. It was negative temperatures outside the morning it went out and they were able to send someone that same day. They said there would be a technician out to my house anytime from 12-3pm and they ended up getting to my house closer to 4pm. The day it went out was a Thursday and since it was Christmas weekend, they originally weren't going to be able to actually do the install until the following week. Our technician was able to pull some strings and got someone out the very next morning to do the install on Friday so that we could have heat in our home for Christmas that Sunday. So grateful for that! Our heat exchanger was rusted and corroded along with some cracks in the furnace, so we needed a whole new unit. The technician seemed knowledgeable and took pictures, allowed me to see exactly what was corroded/rusted out, and explained why it needed replaced. Overall, the install went fine and the only complaint I have is that the 2 guys that came to do the install left sunflower seeds and screws leftover hidden in my carpet. I have small children, so glad that I was able to find them with my vacuum after they left... Would have appreciated a better cleanup job, but other than that they were quick, efficient, and friendly. They scheduled an inspection for about a week and a half later. Inspection passed and all has been great with our furnace since! Big thank you for the speedy service during the holidays!! Would recommend and use this company again."

"Our pipes froze and we thought they burst due to a leak. With 15(!) houseguests due to arrive that evening, I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in the same day. It turns out the leak wasn't from the frozen pipe. It was actually really tricky to find, but the techs were determined and persistent and wouldn't step until the problem was found and fixed. It ended up being the kitchen sink drain pipe, which they fixed immediately. Both technicians were professional, personable and efficient. I would enthusiastically recommend this company to our friends and will plan to use it for our future plumbing needs."

"I called to have a leak behind my dad’s hot water shut off valve under the kitchen sink fixed. My husband & I replaced the hot water shut off valve, since my Dad is wheelchair restricted. When we were finished, there was still a small drip(1 drip every 10sec)behind valve. We check both copper & plastic PVC pipes, hoses & brand new Moen faucet.They came out next day. Now instead of a small drip problem, we have a flooding problem that cost my $221. I chose them because of their great reviews. Very diappointed"
