"Steve came out to my investment property and was very professional and efficient. He even called before he arrived letting me know he was on his way. When I scheduled the appointment. I asked what the hourly rate was, and they told me they come out to diagnosis and give me the estimate. I even asked if I didn't have the service done, was there a charge and they said no and he'd be on his way. What they didn't tell me, was there was $198 diagnostic charge. I first heard about it from Steve. I asked if I had the work done, was that fee waived, and he said no. I felt deceived and disappointed that the scheduler never mentioned this information."

Jim quickly found our water shut-off valve, identified a risk of flooding so he changed the hose to our toilet, replaced the toilet shutoff valve and even fixed a loose sink handle. If anything ever goes wrong with our plumbing again, which hopefully it doesn't, I will be requesting Jim by name!"
