There was a difficult stain on the carpet from the injury, blood that we didn’t think would ever come out. Mica from Eagle Carpet Pros, who had cleaned Mom’s carpet in the recent past, was so caring and concerned about how Mom was doing that he came over and worked so hard doing a spot clean on the area where the blood was with no charge to us! Not looking to take advantage of anyone. No pressure, and willing to come back if stains do pop back up. I will note we have not had any stains come back!
