"If I could give zero stars I would!!! This company was absolutely terrible in customer service, communication, and treating potential paying customers with respect. Unfortunately, Gary Youngberg refused to answer phone messages to his main office, his personal cell phone, and emails. I had this company come out for a bid on a home project and accepted the bid he offered me over the phone while talking about the break down. When I tried to get the actual paper work to sign to commit to the project, Gary proceeded to ignore all forms of contact from myself and my husband. We tried for 4 months to communicate and figure out where we stood with a contract and services requested for our project. I’m not kidding! 4 months!! And I was not a terrible customer either. I sent very cordial emails and left very open ended messages to please call me back. I even wrote an email asking him to just let me know if he didn’t want this job anymore and I would’ve been fine with that!! He couldn’t even take a minute of his day to respond with a simple answer!! He was recommended to us by a contractor that backed up a good reputation for this company. I am here to tell you otherwise!! Do not rely on this company to follow through with their word, or try to communicate with you. Instead they will ignore you and all of your efforts to reach them until you finally give up and just go somewhere else. I can not stress enough DO NOT choose this company!!"

"Youngberg's One Hour Heating & A/C installed my original system 20 years ago. (ya you would think they would last longer right?) Nothing last forever I guess. With the lowest bid for the new high efficiency unit I contracted One Hour once again. I really appreciate the quality of the work done during the installation of this new unit. Great price, great installation team, a real professional install all the way around. I don't think I have ever worked with a contractor who left a job cleaner than these guys did. Could not be happier. Financing took all of about 5 min to finalize as well. These guys have the process down in every aspect. If you are looking for new or thinking about an upgrade call Youngberg's. You will not regret that call."
