"Quoted 6,300 dollars for a new tankless water heater. Told me since it shouldn't have failed so quickly that they would take 800 off the top. A google searched showed the proposed unit cost 1600. so to screw on two water lines, a gas line and connect the vent would cost 3,900. How do they claim to be a family business? Worst business ethics I have ever seen."

"I would give 10 stars if I could. Brady is our hero! Needed our heater repaired asap having a new baby in the house. He came out in the morning but needed a part. He came back the same night and worked until 9pm in the snow and cold. Not only that but with the best attitude! We are so impressed. He went above and beyond. We truly felt taken care of."

I am updating my review to reflect that the technicians are always very nice, the duct cleaning I requested was done well, and that after speaking to the manager I was assured that the technicians would have some additional training and review about practicing within the scope of their education and training. "On Sunday I called and left a message due to our furnace quitting on Saturday night. Dominic was sent first thing on a Monday morning. He was very efficient and extremely polite. This young gentleman with his vast knowledge diagnosed and fixed our furnace quickly. He was so polite and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who has heating issues"

"I called out McCrea after my heating/AC wall units started acting poorly and I was worried about being without heat as the temperatures plummet. Brady arrived and did a thorough examination before giving a fair estimate, and then was able to start the cleaning and maintenance on my system right away. He was professional and kind, and left the place better than he found it, I wouldn't have even known he was here if not for the fresh vacuum marks in the floor. He explained everything he did and how he would like to continue to maintain the system so it lasts for years to come. They earned my return business, I intend to use them for my HVAC and plumbing needs going forward! And I cannot say enough kind things about Brady!"
