"On 2/19/24, Hunter Johns came out to figure out a water leak source. He showed up on time, friendly and professional. He had to go into the crawlspace and expose the master bath plumbing. He was able to figure out the source of the leak, which was the shower drain. He attempted to replace the drain but came to find a small but significant chip in the shower insert drain rim. He recommmended shower fiberglass repair. I was able to call one out and have it fixed. Hunter came back to install the drain and then he came back another day to replace a plumbing part that needed to be ordered in. Friendly, on time and professional each time! Thank you Hunter! I also want to mention Holly in the office. She has helped me numerous times and has been able to schedule techs out very quickly when needed and she has been friendly, courteous, and professional each time. Kudos Holly!"
