"The AC went out on our Suburban, we called Hoopman’s Auto to check it out. Daniel came out on schedule to check it out and found the issue in about 15 minutes. We made an appointment for the next week to make the repair. Again Daniel showed up on time and went right to work. He had the fairly extensive repair finish before I could even finish mowing the lawn. I would highly recommend Hoopman’s Automotive for his knowledge, fair prices, and the convenience of not having to leave your house! Very professional!"
"Highly recommend! The best mechanic and customer service I have ever experienced! My daughter was 3 hours from home in an unfamiliar town. I called and he went to her quickly! Daniel was able to diagnose the reason my daughter's car was broken down, tracked down the part, explained everything he was doing to fix it, fixed it, and sent her on her way! Amazing communication! "Daniel has fixed my 99 Corolla twice already. He did my front brakes a few weeks ago. His price was excellent. He works quick and the brakes work great. The 2nd repair was an emergency. Last Saturday, my serpentine belt shredded at 4:15pm. Called Dan immediately. Napa Auto Parts closes at 5pm on Saturday. Like magic, he had the new belt installed by 5:30pm and I was 10 miles away. His emergency price was great. This guy is the best!!!"
