"Our experience with First Response, Rodney and his crew goes several years back. 8 years ago we lived in a rental house that ended up having some water damage. Even though we were only renters we felt that they kept us informed through the process and explained everything to us, we appreciated that. A couple years later we had just become home owners when a pipe in our home burst. We immediately got ahold of Rodney and even though it was the end of the day on a Friday they sent out a crew of guys that pulled up wet flooring and put in fans to dry the area out. Rodney was amazing in working with us to repair everything as needed. Just a couple months later we had another pipe break and it was spraying water. The first job had been in December and it was now February so we would be responsible for a second deductible if we made a claim on or insurance again. Rodney insisted they would put in fans and dry things out and we would only need to pay for his worker's time. This saved us quite a bit and we were able to handle this smaller situation without using insurance. After that of course we went back when we wanted new carpeting almost 6 years later. He even still had the same crew that we had dealt with before which I think speaks volumes to how Rodney treats people. Recently yet another pipe in our home burst. Initially we couldn't get ahold of First Response so out of necessity we called another company. Halfway through that job the contractor chose to pull out so I went to Rodney to see if he could step in. As usual he was very helpful and eased our minds instantly. They were very busy but of course stepped up ro help us out. He explained what his crew would do and was open with us that things might take longer that we're used to because of current timelines. We could not be more grateful that they came in to this job halfway through and finished it beautifully. This company has taken such great care of us,  we hope that we never have to turn to anyone else. Rodney is knowledgeable, respectful,  and explains things thoroughly. His crew is trustworthy and they do a fantastic job.  I am not sure I've dealt with a business owner anywhere else who is as capable and understanding."
