"Do not trust this small auto shop. I call Shane Gough on Dec 23 for a test check on my pickup and told me that the gem module needed to be replaced. He told me to pre-pay for the part and labor in the amount of 365.00 as of today Jan 25,2024 he has not ordered the part or completed the repair required to operate my windshield wipers or power windows. He stole 285.00 for work not completed. Take your vehicle to a legit auto repair service not this guy."

"I am Korean, studying in Oklahoma. I was taking a road trip with my family(wife, two children). I heard some brake noise when we were in Yellowstone Park. I checked the brakes in the service center there, and the rear ones were emergency, but they didn't have the parts, brake pads, and told me it would take a lot of time. We couldn't wait because we had tight schedules to go west. While driving, we stopped by, checked shops here and there, all shops were busy and finally I called this shop and they said they could do it. We arrived here 8 p.m. It was Friday night! Most of the shops closed and tomorrow is weekend. No shops open! When I arrived here, actually, the shop's atmosphere was not so good to me. They started repair job right away. It took time a bit more than I expected, but they made it with professional hands. We were so happy. What's more, while the mechanic was on the job, the Mrs 00. kindly started small talks with us. We are totally strangers here, never expected to have this kind of warm-hearted treat. As a father of family, the emergency during the trip was a really big burden, which was lifted off. Finally, they checked the car here and there as well, said, "Have a safe trip." They just made my day! I sincerely want to say "thank you". Nobody knows about the future. If any chance, We will definitely drop by here and say thank you again."
