"At first, Noel seems to be a nice guy and and like he knew his stuff very well. He started my job. Supposedly everything was finish with the refrigerator then after he left 24 hours later a the refrigerator still wasn’t making any ice I call him he told me next time when he’s in the area he will stop bye and month and a half pass by and I text him and he said OK I will stop bye two weeks went by and nothing so I text him again and all he said was he was on another job and gave me the impression that he wasn’t coming back to finish the job so the way I see it that was not very professional when he told to get somebody else."

"Originally I posted a review out of frustration, and gave them low stars. I woke up late this morning to a knock on my door, sure enough Noel was there to make thing right with me. Their card service overcharged my card, and I truly felt like they were dishonest. HOWEVER, Noel was on my doorstep this morning to make things right. Which clearly tells me he didn’t do anything purposely, as technology fails ALL THE TIME. They absolutely didn’t need to do that considering I chose to leave them a public review on how I felt. But they clearly showed me that they care about their customers! I was happy that he came on a Saturday, he did his job quickly, and respected my budget while running a business. Thank you for making it right for me! I will recommend to anyone!"
