"Bought the bear resistant panniers. After removing the lid bolts could never get all of the bolts to screw back in. Contacted customer service and was blown off saying they had never had this issue before. The lip that the lid sits on and the bolts screw into have a poor design. The lip is not structurally supported so it slants into the panniers and is no longer square for the bolts to screw into. I received no help so I bought 1.5 inch angle fiber (rather than iron due to weight) and bolted it under the lip. It now works fine."

"Wade, you are awesome, those pannier liners I just ordered a day or two ago came today, I can't believe it and you didn't even have them in stock. You went out of your way to call the factory and have them sent directly to me. Your customer service has always been the best, but this time you really went above and beyond. I love doing business with someone who truly cares about service and the products you build are of the highest quality for the price of much lower quality stuff!! "I’ve bought several items from Outfitters Pack Station for my two molly mules. The form fitter pack saddle has been wonderful for my older molly who had some back problems from prior owners using ill fitting tack. It has held up very well through the wilderness with heavy loads and she has been much easier to catch since I have been using it. My saddle britchen is sturdy, esthetically pleasing, and comfortable for my mules. The hard pack boxes with legs that adapt into a table have been outstanding for pack trips and picnics. Customer service is always outstanding. I will definitely be making more purchases as my budget and logistical needs dictate."
