There is ZERO pressure to get more work done than what you came in for. Cindy, the manager, is AMAZING! If you NEED other work than what you brought your car in for, she will explain it with empathy, just to make sure you are aware of it. There is no ""IF YOU DON'T FIX THIS NOW, YOU'RE CAR CAN EXPLODE". I've been going there for years now and cannot tell you how happy I am to have found a shop that I can trust.
