"Great service! Response time was great and Vladimir came out on a Saturday. Had the necessary parts with him to avoid another trip. He used phone translation to ensure we were properly informed as well Thanks!"
"They came to fix our dryer. They accurately diagnosed and repaired our machine in less than an hour. He even cleaned the inside of the machine and made sure no mess was left behind. Very polite and professional."
"Called to work on washer and dryer at rental. Technician did not speak English and did not communicate what work he was doing or had done. Charge was nearly $600 with no invoice provided. Asked for payment in cash and offered to follow my young lady renter to the bank to get it. Thank goodness she did not do that! He finally accepted payment via credit card but still would not provide an invoice. The dryer works, the washer still does not. Maybe this is a fluke and the service really is as good as other reviews might suggest. However, I encourage you to ask lots of questions before you book with this company."
"I was charged over $500 to repair my dryer( it wasn’t heating up). First time I went to use it after replacing the control panel , it stopped working. Technician came back and it somehow started working again. A couple of weeks later, it stopped working again. This time the repairman couldn’t get it to work. He said because he spent money on ordering the part to fix it, he couldn’t refund my money. I asked about labor costs? He gave me $120 back. This was less than what he quoted me for his labor originally. If he wasn’t sure of what was wrong with the dryer, he should have communicated this with me at the initial visit. I would have spent the money on a new dryer instead! On the positive side, they were very quick about coming out for the repair and the subsequent follow up visits."
"Michael fixed our washer at a very reasonable cost and he happily answered questions along the way. He was definitely skilled, a good troubleshooter and trustworthy. We made good use of the translator on his phone as he didn't have the strongest English, however it was clear he knew what he was doing. Good job!"
