"In about 10 minutes, they were able to let me know they had the parts in stock for the repair, the length of time to complete the repair, and the cost estimate. A big box business, after 13 minutes hadn't given me any of that information. This will be my first contact next time I have trouble. The estimate was right on, the part was in stock, and the time estimate was on the long side. The repair was less than 2 hours instead of 2 1/2 hours."

"I went in the first of July and they ordered a new battery for me. I called twice to see if it had come. After over a month I went in, and they couldn't even find my order or the battery that had come. We started over. I went back as soon as they called, and they had a hard time finding my order and even opening my phone. I had to leave the phone for installation and they never called back. When I went in, my prepaid card didn't work in their machine and they were no help. They said the cost was on the receipt, but it wasn't. The whole process took over 2 months. The place is very poorly run."

While waiting to be helped both before dropping off phone & picking the phone up, I observed the 2 employees that were there polite & very helpful & knowledgeable with other customers both in person & on the phone. This is the third time have used Batteries Plus for phone repairs & service was the same those times also. Will continue to return if needed again. Although hopefully not so soon."
