"We first met Dr. Morgan when she was practicing at SVAH and she quickly became our preferred vet. When we found out that she had opened Lilac City Veterinary Services only 5 minutes away from home, we immediately switched over. At the end of December, she diagnosed one of our cats with congestive heart failure. Dr. Morgan stayed an hour after closing to treat our cat, and arranged an ultrasound with another clinic first thing the following morning. Our cat's condition was grave and he unfortunately passed away at the beginning of February. Soon after, we received a sympathy card from Lilac City Veterinary Services that was filled with kind words from every staff member. We were very touched by the gesture. "I can’t exaggerate enough how great this place is. I have a 17 year old cat and initially took him here for a check up a few months ago and had a great experience all around. Today I had an unexpected emergency and they were able to see him right away. I received updates by phone the whole time he was in their care and price transparency throughout the entire situation. They were nice and friendly to work with and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Everyone who I interacted with today was friendly and helpful which overall relieved my natural anxiety with having a sick cat and I knew he was in good hands. Not to mention they are extremely affordable, they ran extensive tests which ended up totaling to less than what I would’ve paid for just the base emergency exam fee at my previous vet. 10/10 recommend!!"

"They are really great! They took my 20 Y O cat in the day before TG without an appointment. She was in pretty bad shape with kidney issues, dehydration, heart murmur and arthritis. They were so kind and gentle with me and her. Got her all fixed up, changed her food and she is a much happier cat and I'm better too. They are my new permanent vet and I fully recommend them!!
