The vet was able to clear up our dog’s ongoing ear issues, which has provided her great relief. "We just moved to Idaho & our little one had to see a new vet for an emergency exam. Called 5 offices & everyone was booked, we were told by all of them to take her to the emergency clinic. Hayden Pet Medical center returned my call & they too were booked, upon hearing our little one’s symptoms & my anxious tears, Stacy put me on a brief hold and was able to squeeze me in the next morning! Izzy was seen (thats’s our 4 legged daughter) by Dr. Nelson and it was the best visit we’ve ever experienced with a vet, and that’s saying alot, we’ve had multiple type of pets all throughout the many, many years of our lives. From walking in, the facility was bright, airy and clean..a great first impression. We were checked in and taken promptly into an exam room. The vet tech Alyssa took all necessary info and was very attentive to Izzy. After blood work was taken, we met Dr.Nelson and she was the most informative, professional, patient and sincere vet we’ve ever had!! Gave us options and were very upfront about costs associated with everything, no hidden costs or last minute surprises. The best thing about this whole experience with Dr. Nelson & the staff of Hayden Pet Medical Center is that they sincerely cared for our baby. Izzy wasn’t afraid of Dr. Nelson and was comfortable being handled by Dr.Nelson & Alyssa, that’s saying a lot because our 5 lb. princess doesn’t care for anyone outside of her family. Dr.Nelson is now our new family vet & we know all our fur, feathered and exotic pets will be in great hands with her & the staff of Hayden Pet Medical Center."
