"I had been taking my dog to Downtown Doodle for going on two years. They don't do confirmation texts or reminder calls, but I’d never had an issue until recently. My dog and I arrived to our 1:00pm appointment, scheduled months in advance, to find that the groomer we’d been seeing no longer worked there. I was then sent on a wild goose chase to the grooming business they claimed she’d moved to, only to walk into that grooming salon and be told no one by that name worked there (and that I was the second person in two days who had been given that incorrect information). I very rarely leave reviews but this experience was so disappointing and unprofessional that I felt the need to share so Downtown Doodle can work to improve their communication and customer satisfaction."
