"I have used pet IQ three times in the past two of those times were great experiences for my dog. The third experience that I had was very very disheartening to see. They slapped a muzzle on my dog that has never been aggressive. They laid her down on the floor not even on a examination table. 2 people proceeded to kneel on her, the third person stood over top of her and pushed on her ribs while giving her the shot in her rear end. Very unacceptable never will take my dog back to a pet IQ ever will never recommend their facility for any reason. Very unhappy very unprofessional for them to treat an animal this way my dog now has anxiety. Every time she goes into a pet store or a pet clinic that she never had before , and she’s more skittish around people. Very disappointed that’s all I can say! This was the pet IQ location on Fairview in Eagle at the Walmart. Please be careful taking your pet in there."
