"We were having lunch in the place a couple doors down and were talking about our GSD needing a good blowout again. After lunch we decided to drop in and check the place out. We were greeted by an adorable hound! We spent a few moments enjoying his company. Good Boy! A nice lady asked if we needed any help and I asked about a bath and a blowout for a GSD. She gave me the quote no hesitation. I found it odd that all the other places we have been too asked about the weight and if she was short or long haired. Hummm.... I glanced down the hall where all the work was being done. I asked, can I see where you keep the animals, give the baths and blow them out? She promptly moved between me and the hall said we don't allow people to come back here for insurance purposes. You might trip on a hose or something. Outwardly it appeared to be a room on the left and another bigger room at the end of the hallway. No hoses or anything in the hallway. I asked again if I could just come down the hallway to see what everything looks like. I was told no! All the while she stood between me and the hallway. Me personally, my GSD is like my child. I would not leave her without not seeing the entire facility. We left in an awkward thank you. We'll never take our GSD here just for the fact we were not allowed to 'see' anything. Take what you want from this...."

"Had an appointment for 12:45 on a Saturday, I showed up 10 minutes late because I made a wrong turn. The staff was very friendly. My German Shepherd is not the best on a leash and they handled him with no problems. Zuko had a wash, brush, nail grind, and little hair trim around his butt. I picked him up and hour and half later looking good and he was also in a good mood. We will be back for sure."

"Such a cute little doggie boutique! They take walk-ins for nail appointments, which is what I always do and the price is great. The staff is always super friendly and make us feel welcome. They have a table up front with different goodies, like birthday treats and seasonal items. They also have a good selection of gift items as well as other necessities. I have 3 dogs but the most frequent "shopper" is Marvin and he loves it here! They are closed Sunday and Monday, but appointments for services can be made ahead of time online."
