"Was nervous when I arrived. Expected to hear the worse. Met with Joshua PA, who explained clearly my situation, and my options to move forward. Not out of the woods yet, however I see a path to feeling better."

"The PA was extremely condescending and unprofessional I will never return because of the way she treated me. I do not recommend this office to anyone she was a nightmare who was dishonest in her medical summary of my visit and my medical history. Falsifying medical records Is not only unethical but also Illegal. I am appalled a major hospital like St Luke’s would employ someone that lacks integrity, empathy and basic human compassion for their patients it’s disgraceful and extremely disappointing. I did not receive any type of exams from Dr. Duckworth or Hillary his PA which makes a diagnosis difficult instead they both talked at me not to me and did not take my concerns seriously. At least Dr Duckworth wasn’t as condescending as Hilary but he also blew me off and my medical concerns which was very disappointing. The MA who took my vitals was very sweet and professional during our limited interaction unlike the PA Hillary who was a total nightmare and Dr. Duckworth who couldn’t be bothered to even do a physical exam. If you are looking for a provider that actually cares about you, your health and has integrity go somewhere else."

"You show up 15 minutes early & have to sit & wait an hour to go back while everyone else shows up either late or right on time for the SAME time slot as me & that person gets seen first! I guess I should be late to my appointments! Then they do blood pressure, temperature & oxygen in the hallway for everyone who walks by to see what your stats are!! How UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I do not want to come back!"
