"Avoid this place. Had my physical done here and they coded a portion of the lab work incorrectly and it was rejected by my insurance company. Been trying to get a hold Brian who does all their medical coding and have not been able to connect with him. He is always out. To his credit he called me back once and I missed him and have not since been able to speak with him. Tammy the receptionist is rude and condescending. Told me “well that happens.” when I voiced my frustration about nothing being able to reach Brian for 3 weeks. No Tammy this is not normal that I can’t reach someone for 3 weeks and you being unable tell me when they will be back."

"Dr Fox is awesome, he listens and takes time with patients. He is knowledgeable yet down to earth. He gets five stars. The receptionists on the other hand need some serious training. Their ability to answer questions on the phone is terrible. They are nice but tend to trivialize patients issues."
