"I could not be more unimpressed with how they run their business. I scheduled an appointment moved around my work schedule to be at my home and they text not call but text 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment and cancel! They said will not be rescheduling my appointment and will not do any work. I was shocked so I called to speak with the receptionist/scheduler to find out what had happened and she could not have been more unprofessional, rude and condescending. What a sad sad way to run a business. I would look else where for work if professionalism and customer service matter to you."
