"Great experience here. Super friendly staff and Dr. I Highly recommend."
"I have filed a formal complaint against this business because for the following reasons...Michelle refuses to sign paperwork for disability benefits and lies by saying she cant, which is absolutely untrue, Even though you as an employee have paid into these benefits throughout you job history. These benefits are yours. I am guessing that she refuses because it would make her liable for legal issues and the extra paperwork she needs to fill out! This is not okay for her patient and absolutely makes you question her ability in helping all of us who suffer from extreme depression."
"From the first meetings with both Sue and Michelle, they made me and my family feel welcome and truly sought to understand our history, our needs, and our concerns while demonstrating care and compassion. They provide true collaborative consultation by taking this information and provide options and solutions rather that just taking orders or being dismissive, which in my experience is rare. The staff have all been excellent and we would highly recommend them to anyone."
"I was in search of a mental health facility that would be able to provide medication refill, as well as mental health awareness and counseling. Bella Family Healthcare was the first company I contacted. The front desk associate's name was Stephanie. Her tone was immediately abrasive and unwelcoming. I explained that I was in search of a new provider for these specific concerns and that I also had some questions before making a potential appointment. I explained the services that were needed. When medications were addressed, she replied with "what kind of medications are you talking about?" I stated that I did not feel as though this was pertinent information when I was looking to get an initial overview of the company itself and services provided. This made me second guess if medication management was an option with the providers at Bella Family Healthcare. So I asked, if this was available to patients. Her response was, "well they are doctors here, so of course they can prescribe medication." I was shocked at the response that I was receiving, and explained that I did not appreciate the way I was being spoke to as a potential patient. With a very combative and aggressive tone she stated, "Well then, I don't think that you are going to be a good fit for our company!" And hung up. I tried multiple times to call back, with no answer at all from anyone. I believe it might be of great value for Bella Family Healthcare to consider who is the first individual to represent their company. With the inability to get past the first steps of asking questions and finding out information, this ultimately deters and discourages potential customers. I would greatly appreciate a response to this review from Bella Family Services. If this is accomplished, I would be happy to update the experience received."
"I really liked this place and seeing Sue after my other doctor retired. But in February my medication got messed up and not communicated to me that the doses were changing and instead of looking at my chart Sue sent me to a mental health specialist because she assumed I had mental health issues. So I went and saw this lady and found out my chart hadn’t been updated during this appointment and I felt even worse after leaving there. Later that day I took a look at my medication due to my mom asking and it had doubled. When asked why I was told that was the final dose and I said I had no clue and it was bad bad. I had to get off the meds for quite sometime. Sue took no acknowledgement and said good luck to me and said she was deactivating my chart."
