"I went in 1 time for a consultation for botox for migraines. 4 months later, I'm still going rounds over the bill. They can't seem to get my insurance info correct to bill my insurance. I've called them to fix it twice now & still keep getting bills. Call my insurance company and they say that they NEVER received a claim to begin with. They can't deny to pay for something they never received. They approved the botox, so somewhere along the line someone in billing is messing up on my insurance information and it's very frustrating. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with my insurance company who had to call the doctor and leave my info to verify I AM insured & to submit a claim to them. Hopefully this time it fixes the issue. Guess I won't be going back for the botox after all. What a waste of my time!!"
