"Horrible experience... I had been going to this Dr. (Alberto Carro) for several years with no issues. Then had a difficult family problem that had me so stressed out. I could not sleep and dealt with panic attacks/anxiety like crazy. I then go to Dr. Carro who I and my entire family have seen tons of times since the 90's for other things (Colds, Flu etc.) and asked if I could get anything that could help me with my anxiety and sleeping issues "Just something to relax me out like smoking a joint or something (jokingly)". Immediately the Dr. started accuse me of trying to get a controlled substance from him and made me feel as though I was a junkie. Keep in mind I have never had any "controlled substance" prescriptions in the past from any Dr.... EVER! I then visited another Dr that was a physiologist who helped with my issues at the time. Years later (2017), I go back to Dr. Carro's office (as my wife asked me to please try and see him again, "he must have been having a bad day") and I see his wife with some yet the same sleeping/stress issues. After that appointment, I get a letter in the mail saying that they are severing ties with me and my family because he does not want to prescribe any prescriptions that help with my sleep/anxiety problems... specifically "Drug seeking behavior". I have the letter and all times/dates of my experiences/prescriptions, if you would like to review just hit me up. I understand that you have to be careful about prescribing medicine that contains anything labeled "controlled"... but give me a break, I had never in the 10+ years we had been with Dr. Carro ever asked for anything that could help, either from him or any other Dr. in the world. So disappointed in his quick poor judgement with me."

"I would not come here for anything. I had a major knee problem and was fired from being a patient cause I had a disagreement with the staff. I told them I wanted to talk to my doctor and they told me I couldn't. They also told me if I step foot on their property they would call the cops. If they can't handle talking to a patient on the phone, how can they handle medicine"
