"Don't ever use this gym. They won't cancel your membership and keep charging you. I haven't been there in 4 months. Decided to call and cancel it and they won't cancel it until this month is paid. Even though I haven't been there in four months this place is a joke. They tell you when you sign up. You can cancel it anytime, not true. They keep trying to charge me in my daughter and we haven't been there since november. The locker rooms in bathrooms are disgusting. Half the lockers are broke. There's no more hot tub and very little maintenance on the whole building."

"I'm 73 and signed up to use the pool for exercise. Easier on the joints. I was not told you could not use the pool when they were giving swimming lessons. I was to the understanding that they had to leave one lane for gym members. I went in this morning and was staying at one end of the pool and actually had them giving swimming lessons around me at one point. So I went to the far lane that didn't have anyone in it, only to almost injure myself on a platform I didn't know was in the water at the far end. This is not right. Members should be able to use the pool. I am not happy."

"We are very happy with the customer service. We had a very complicated problem with billing from prior mismanagement by prior employees. We cannot say enough good things about how current management took the time to listen and realize the seriousness of the prior management errors and then took aggressive action to correct. Thank you for your attention to detail and professionalism. Overall, the gym has a cleaner look and feel to it, definitely a difference since last year. Equipment looks and feels as though it is definitely in better working condition and better variety than once was there. Thanks again for helping us out as you have earned our business. "The locker rooms only seem to get cleaned once daily and many on the lockers are in disrepair. Same goes for the equipment. Many machines have been down all summer, broken, missing pieces or unusable. Even the newest machine sticks when you use it. Even the Nampa rec seems better maintained."

"Honestly one of my favorite gyms in the valley! I’ve been in the fitness industry for about 10 years and one of my favorite things about crunch is that I can use any of the locations, they all tend to have a few different machines to focus on different workouts each time. The staff is always incredible. 10/10. Nampa is always my home gym & my favorite to go back to for full body"
