"I started classes to spend more time with my mom. I found a community led by Teresa and Nicole who truly love Yoga and actively help others develop strength, flexibility, and self love. Cheryl helped me embrace, “shake it off, that’s done.” The environment is supportive and if your body doesn’t want to move “this way”, that’s ok, try this way. When I changed jobs and the demands on my body changed, Nicole helped me identify areas to work on daily. I drive from Boise to attend, and I recommend 2CYoga to everyone worried about not having a yoga body!"
