"The lady who helped us was very sweet and the whole crew appeared to be communicating with each other in such a fun friendly way that it made me smile! Much different atmosphere than can usually be expected at places like this. The complimentary ice cream made my child feel special, truly a better experience than I’ve had at sit down restaurants as of late! Thanks guys ✨"

"Not sure if they are under staffed. We were the only ones in drive through and didn’t seem like any customers were inside and still waited about 20 minutes in the drive through.They gave us the bag of food came back to tell us it was going to be more time for our ice cream. After waiting so long.And then drive off only to realize the forgot part of our order."

"Went to grab dinner tonight. Paid almost $50 for 4 meals and cheese curds. When we got to the window they took payment, gave us our drinks, and 2/4 meals and closed the window. We sat there for a good 10 minutes while one employee walked back and forth from the lady at expo (im assuming the manager seeing she bossed everyone around and was rude) sat there and yelled at him (he was kind to try and help) He asked us what our total was and we said “almost $50”. More walking back and forth and yelling. Finally they brought us our 2 other meals. I told my husband to pull forward to check we got everything. We did and whattya know- the cheese curds were missing. $7 worth of food. He parked and went in and turns out they left them under the warmer. Once we got home (literally 3 miles away) we sat down to eat. My burger (the Swiss mushroom burger) was SO extremely greasy it made it soggy. My husband pulled his out and it was the same way. I had to dab the grease off. We also noticed the cheese curds tasted like fish. We won’t be going back to this location. Which sucks cause we usually love the food."

"Absolute s**t show...nobody in lobby and took 5 minutes for someone to take order, then took 55 minutes for food! Staff had zero care. Go ANYWHERE else and you'll be thankful you did. Went to counter and couldn't believe the times on the screens! Wait times are red in the photos. Unbelievable!"

"I cannot believe what I was served today. And I can’t believe I tried to finish my meal. There is no quality control here. Customer service was great but unfortunately the way I was served was not. Ordered Swiss cheese mushroom burger, and you can’t taste the Swiss cheese. Ordered mini corn dogs and they were burnt! It’s like if they had them ready in the back and got cold from hours ago and tried to re-fry them. Update: manager made it right. I wasn’t trying to get a refund but he noticed that food was just not up to standard and made things right for me. Up to a 4 stars, thanks guys."
