"You will be sorry if you go here they will loose your paperwork not return phone calls or emails. I am in serious trouble with IRS because of them they had 1.5 years to file my taxes for 2020 and never did. They also have not filed my 2021! YOU WILL BE SORRY! I am warning you they are not fit to do taxes or bookkeeping. They are greedy they charge ALOT of money and want all the business from the new people moving to Idaho because no-one else is accepting new clients because they are full. But he told me "Ill take the business" greedy. But he cant give the service you are there to receive and charge ALOT of money. He will always ask for more and more paperwork probably because its easier to stall people or loose the paperwork ?? I emailed April 7, 2022 to see how its going I was told he would call me April 8, 2022 but of course he NEVER did. It is now April 15 ,2022 AND NO TAXES for 2020 or 2021! He said he needed something else really you had it and if it was true 1.5 later? REALLY? Folks I've had my taxes done faithfully every year and NO PROBLEMS! They did a similar thing to family member asked for paperwork they were already given at the initial visit. Also they charge two of my family members a HUGE $$$$ for a simple tax return unbelievable. If you read this consider yourself warned. Unprofessional , and I am sure when I pick up all my paperwork today because I have had enough excuses they will charge me a huge $$$$ for what I don't know? I have no completed tax return 2020, 2021, and penalties from the IRS because of him! I hope they give me ALL OF MY PAPEROWORK BACK!"

"Honest Review from a former Client. Let me save you some time, headache, and money. They don't want YOUR business. Apparently they have enough business. After being a valued client of theirs for several years they informed me that they no longer require or want my business. No wrong doing on my part. They just decided that they have enough clients. In a letter they sent to me on August 15, 2021 it stated, "You have been a true friend of our firm over the years; which makes our decision even more difficult. Your trust in our services has played a part in the growth we have experienced. Now, unfortuanetly, we must regrettably inform you that we can no longer continue to serve you...We've enjoyed our relationship over the years and appreciate the trust you've placed in us. Thank you for all of your years of loyalty to our firm." When I called to make an appointment on January 28, 2022, they told me that I was no longer a client of theirs and that their services now start at $1,500 and they didn't think that I wanted to pay that much so they decided to drop me without speaking to me about it first. Then they said, "Sorry" followed by dead silence on the phone. Apparently their "loyalty" is a one-way street. Good luck."
