"The dermatologist at Catalyst refused to see my child when we got to the appointment. I booked the appointment and provided his birth date and all his information. Apparently the dermatologist only sees patients 12 and over, my son is 5 and she refused to even see him. We took a day off of school/work and drove over an hour to get there and then we were refused to be seen by the dermatologist. Would not recommend Catalyst or the dermatologist to anyone."

"I have recommended Catalyst to everyone I have known for some time. My primary care provider originally was excellent and I always received 5 start treatment. After being out of the area for some time I reestablished with another provider as my previous one was not there. I was very disappointed with the lack of care and terrible experience. When expressing my concerns I was blown off by other staff. I unfortunately can’t recommend placing your medical treatment in their hands anymore as I question the competency of their staff."

"My husband and daughter went to Express Care 12/10/23. While in the waiting room there was someone who appeared to be friends with or work at the clinic there with her coughing baby. The mother and staff spoke about the night out they had the previous night and the shots they’d had. The mother and baby went behind the counter and staff passed around the coughing baby. Once back in the room with the nurse they were told there was only one provider. They tested her for strep which was negative and said she could have mono and to come back if it doesn’t clear up in 5 days. We went to another clinic 2 days later and she does have mono. Why on earth wouldn’t you test for both if a child is obviously in pain and one test was negative? They told her she could go to school and participate in sports if she felt up to it. With mono her spleen is inflamed and if she had been injured at practice it could have ruptured. So between the the sick baby, the possibly hung over staff, long wait and leaving undiagnosed we are far from pleased and will continue to stay away as best we can."

"Positive and kind Doctors! Had to wait for appointment but the staff advised me why and were so friendly! Doctor was outstanding, I have a few health concerns and they are now all under control, what helped me the most was the positive approach that the Dr. had it really motivated me to do my part, never experienced that before. Dr. also listened to me and used my past experiences to make a health plan...THAT WORKED!!!"
