"This review is a long time coming, but honestly there aren’t words good enough to express how thankful I am for Dr. Bailey and his staff. I started seeing Esther for massage therapy almost two years ago. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she educates you along the way. After two years of extreme exhaustion and my primary care physician brushing off my request for more Thyroid testing, I made an appointment with Dr. Bailey. He ran tests that confirmed I have Hashimoto’s. A year later, during a regular blood work up he noticed a shift in numbers and started additional testing that eventually found Thyroid cancer. Through those scary months of waiting, and now through treatment, Dr. Bailey and Karen have been supportive and quick in answering all my questions. They’ve repeatedly checked in with me, and their staff have been encouraging and understanding (even if that means comforting me while I cry during visits).
