"The doctors here do not care to listen to your needs. They want you in and out as soon as possible. Aaron not only doesn't listen but brushes off any and all concerns. What's the point of coming here? I could just as easily tell my elderly neighbor my issues and get the same outdated advice in the same invalidating tone, and it wouldn't have cost me a thing or wasted as much of my time."

"I’ve been going there since I was a child and saw Dr Chisholm growing up. I hadn’t been there in over three years so I had to reestablish care. The gal on the phone was straight up rude about it. Then she says she will have to send my chart to the doctor to get permission to schedule me. SIX months later I get a call that the doctor who took over for Chisholm decided he is to busy to take on me as a patient."

"When in my appointment I feel like Dr. Mills listens and helps me. Thats why I gave 2 stars. More recently I am very disappointed that about my most recent phone call and ER referrals. My most recent phone call when the staff picked up I was put on hold for 5 minutes. I didn't have a problem with that as they may have been busy. Then she picked up, took my information and was looking for an appointment. She warned me they were out a ways but everyones definition of that is different. But then she put me on hold again this time for 15 minutes. She forgot about me on the phone. Then another gal picked up like she was taking a new phone call. So I had to go through the whole process again just to be told that the infection I wanted checked out couldn't be seen until December. The last straw after waiting on hold for that time frame was their recommendation that I go to Urgent Care or the ER. Those are the two places I want to avoid at all costs and they are slammed busy. They also don't have any information on my history and the condition I wanted to be seen for may require continuous care. I am very disappointed that those are the only options I have been offered the last 4 times I can called before and still is the only option now. They need to think about restructuring and having appointments throughout the week that allows for time sensitive care and not just check ups. I'm looking for a new Drs office who is more respectful of chronic conditions."
