"I found it to be quite pleasant, when I had to travel to Ontario‘s branch to get a safety deposit box. I had to fill out paperwork with two other people and load off the merchandise into the safety deposit box. The three women that helped us were so friendly and nice, and they really cared, and did a thorough job for us. I highly recommend this bank."

"Okay, so I don't bank with US Bank, but I do have a credit card with them. But that's not what this review is for. This review is for this location. I came in there to get some dollar bills into coins as the institution in Ontario doesn't allow you to take in bills. Came in, and the staff was very, very nice and helpful. They had no issues with changing the bills out like another credit union did in town. Thank you again. At least I know for future I can come here to get change, and I will also let anyone know that needs to get bills into coins for the institution since their coin machine isn't always working there."

"I have banked with US Bank for years. Always had great service when living in Eureka, Ca. Since moving to Ontario, Or. the service is horrible. No local customer service. They never answer the phone. Today, I have a question about depositing a large inheritance check and there is no one to answer a simple question! This has been the case in the past. I will be looking for another bank with CS. Time to quit blaming poor CS on Covid."
