"I just had a negative experience with this office. I was looking at transferring my daughter's healthcare to a new pediatrician- she is experiencing a very bad eczema flare-up and we feel like it's time to get a second opinion. I called on Monday to ask if this office was taking new patients because I have a few people I know in the medical field say how wonderful Dr. Mindy Gaddis is. I was told the receptionist needed to speak to the office manager to see which doctor(s) were taking new patients, and that it could take a day or two to get back to me. I still hadn't heard back as of today, which would be the third day, and I am anxious to get her in to be seen, so I decided to call and check in. The receptionist attempted to transfer me to the office manager and my call was lost in process and disconnected so I called back in. She answered again and said that she had talked to the office manager and none of their doctors are taking new patients at this time. It is very frustrating that no one in that office returned my call as promised. A simple phone call letting me know they weren't accepting new patients so I could work on getting my daughter into another doctor in a timely manner would have gone a long way! I feel like their procedure for taking incoming patients needs much improvement!"
