"I have had so many mixed experiences with this location, everything from amazing services to the worst experiences but this one takes the cake. I called the office after getting an email saying I hadn't paid rent, found out there was some issue with the UHaul auto pay, and the girl on the phone was so nice and helpful, waived the fee and said she got it all taken care of only for me to try to access my unit and find out I've been locked out because she did not make the payment. Great service, horrible follow through."

"Due to an unexpected emergency I needed a moving van urgently. I Arrived at the store near closing and was immediately greeted by the owner named Van and his friendly staff. I was extremely stressed out and Van and his staff took care of my needs and made me feel cared for. Highly recommend this location! A+++++"

"Five star experience with this U-Haul team! I rented a Ford Transit van to move within Boise. I originally only needed the van for 5 hours, but I opted to extend my rental until later in the day and they were happy to help. The team at this location was very helpful and I had a great experience."

"I'm giving this U-Haul location 2 star rating because we almost didn't get our reserved van because U-Haul cancelled it about 30 minutes before we showed up at the office... First we waited in line for about 20 minutes to check in and get our keys. Once we got up to the desk we did not feel that we received good customer service. We were told right away that our reservation was cancelled because we arrived late. However, we called them previously and told them we were running late, so they were aware and they even said it was ok. Nobody informed us about the risk of the reservation being cancelled, even though we talked to them on the phone twice before arriving. We live about 40 minutes away from their location, so it's a longer drive for us. The van was clean and worked fine, but it was not the same quality as we have used before. The ceiling was low and the rear cabin floor was up high so it was hard to get in/out, plus we were hunched over when standing up in the van. Overall, due to less than average customer service and our overall experience, not sure if I would want to use U-Haul again in the future. We were disappointed."
