Extra Space Storage

"This company is the prime example of bait and switch. Long review but bare with me as you will want to be very cautious if you plan on using this company. I was with Stor It for several years and while they are great the location was not as convenient of a location as this one. I had purchased 4 units. As soon as I had semi trucks do a delivery and I get everything in the units they raised my rate over $100 a month per unit ($400 total) after arguing with them and the cost to move everything since I had semi trucks deliver they agreed to meet me half way on the price. 3 months later I get another raise in price. Now we are up to over $100 more per unit and the online price is less than what they are charging. I am over it! Back to Stor It. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR Bait and Switch tactics. BTW in the 5 years I was at stor it they had 1 increase and it was normal cost of living increase. Extra Space gets you through the door when its a pain to move and then raises the price instead of just saying what the true cost will be."

"Kirk was friendly and professional. The units are brand new, so in great shape. Storage prices are reasonable. The lot was easy to navigate through. Only 1 concern...as I drove into the complex there were signs that clearly said the first month was free. When I asked Kirk about it he stated that my rent was below the threshold to have the first month free and that offer was geared to short-term renters. I don't recall seeing any disclaimers so I thought, hmm? Other than that, it was a good experience."
