"They don't teach you self defense skills at all, it's just a fitness class unless you're willing to pay $75.00 a hour for boxing skills lessons. The owner Jacob comes across as a con man with the way he approaches you. There are much better gyms if you really wish to learn how to fight... this is just a fitness place...(this is the 2nd post I made, they took the 1st on down) and every time they take it down ima put another up"
