"I'm not sure how they expect to sell any bikes when the tires are flat, and the handle bars are so loose they swivel. No one who works there seems interested in helping anyone. I bought a bike at a local bike store instead. I probably spent more, but it was worth it."

"Had to do a return/swap today. Hannah at the customer service counter was awesome. The guy in front of me was being extremely rude to her over something she had no control over. She handled him like a boss and then rather than let that bring her down she greeted me with enthusiastic kindness, just like she did when I originally picked the item up. There aren't enough stars to give her. Helpful and the process was smooth and quick."

"If your looking for good service stay away from this store! If you want to be left alone and just glared at because you might make someone work, go to this store. One person asked me if I needed help finding anything, the old guy sitting at the register with his cane, who still stood up and asked if I needed help. The girl at the counter listening to her music on her phone was great too smh."

"The store was really well organized and clean. I was genuinely excited to be there and try to not buy something online. The associate that helped me did a nice job. I took my items to the register to leave and found myself just standing there while one person rang out customers. There were two other employees behind the counter who were content to watch and attempt to look busy. It was not until the line started to grow and I am guessing enough of us were wondering why they didn’t help that they opened two more registers. One of the items that I selected was damaged and the original associate offered a discount. At the time of purchase I changed my mind, paid for the other items and went back to find a replacement. There were no other of the similar item so I looked through the other brands and eventually decided that I would have to leave with what I had. As I was leaving was disappointed to hear the original associate and my cashier taking about me. By the tone it was not in a good way. It is times and experiences like this that make it hard for me to want to shop at physical stores. I have thought to myself plenty of times does this town really need another sporting goods store. With a new brand coming to town and the level of service offered at current I have changed my thinking."
