"Ron is tremendous instructor, for both his combative athletes, and fitness enthusiasts. Yes this is primarily a gym for tae kwan do; however, If you're looking to become a great MMA fighter, you need to be a great at all aspects of the game. With that said you need great inscrustors. Ron is every bit of that. As a fighter myself, I highly recommend this gym."
