"They tried to overcharge me and when I called and left a message, emailed, AND Facebook messaged asking why I was being overcharged they just ignored me. They even read the multiple Facebook messages and did not respond. Then emailed separately from my email and asked me if I was going to pay. Very unprofessional and will keep losing customers if they continue to treat them that way."
