"Have had worse and worse experiences at this place. Today tops them all. Awful customer service over and over again, spoke to many people who weren’t well trained, lady at the front desk telling me my actions are the reason the community is rampant with covid, even though I'm following my child’s school nurse as well as the CDC’s guidelines. They let us sit in the hot car and told us to wait so they could figure it out until we finally went home. Unbelievable experience. Went home and found the exact opposite of what I was told at the front desk on the CDC’s website. They need to train their staff in covid and customer service."
