"As with most storage rental places, there are a couple of extra fees (move-in, insurance) that aren't stated in the initial price, but I expected that. What I didn't expect is that, on a Saturday, I could fill out information and pay online, be at the location 30 minutes later, and it was ready. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The facility itself is clean, organized, and seems very secure. Highly recommend!"

"The two ladies in the office provided me with world class experience when I walked in the door to get a unit. Every step was a breeze and they helped remove so much stress from making sure my move went well. They gave me a unit that has a great location and made sure to show me where all the carts are if I would need them (I did and they help alot). They also made sure to get me a secure lock with no issues. There customer service is definetly something else."

"Think "Fort Knox" Security. New gated facility, in Meridian is well designed and CLEAN. (from the well groomed landscaping, office parking lot / coded gate entry, paved driving lanes, internal hallways, and the exterior and interior of the units). How could it be better? By hiring mature Staff that "give a rip". Kudos to the Hiring Manager for your selection of Chari (Store Manager) and Bethany (Customer Service). They are the Stars of the show. If I desired to own a Business, again, I would try hard to hire both of them away. Welcoming with Smile...while actually looking at you...kind, knowledgeable and the results of their work ethic are apparent on the entire property. "Old School Customer Service" still exists. I leave very few reviews only when I'm thoroughly impressed. Now, just change your phone position and call and store your stuff. Everything will be ok."

"The Extra Space Storage on Dyver in Meridian, ID. is a great place to store your things short or long term. Cheri and Bethany are wonderful and very professional to work with. They go above and beyond, in my opinion, to help you. I really enjoyed working with them. I would recommend anyone needing storage to use this facility. It is clean and so accessible. I have rented 5 climate controlled storage units in the last 5 years. My storage item are in the same as when I stored them. They do not smell nor are they rotted or damp. I would definitely rent from them again. Linda"

"Got an amazing deal on a 5' by 5' storage unit the leasing process was very streamlined and efficient. Bethany did an amazing job of answering all my questions and showing me my unit before I finished signing the contracts. She was very kind, friendly and had a very welcoming warm smile. The facility is also really nice and clean which is something I like a lot. Definitely a great place for anyone's storage needs!"
