"I am giving this location 5 stars not because of excellent customer service or above and beyond care for customers. I have been to this location once and like alot of you who left one star reviews because you probably had a QR code to return an item from an online shipper like myself, begrudgingly found out this is not a FEDEX Corporate store and could not send your return back from this location without a printed label. Don't judge a business by your lack of reading the return instructions entirely... I admit that's exactly what I did, and received courteous professional communication from the gentleman working that day."
