"If you try to drop off your prepackaged and post paid FedEx package at this site, you will be rudely advised by the hired help “ WE CAN’T DO THAT!” I checked the website before I drove to this location and it says they do provide this service, so maybe training is needed for this employee who lacks customer service skills."
